Welcome to Real Deal Invoices. By accessing or using our platform, mobile app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Real Deal Invoices provides a multi-tenant business management platform for contractors, including invoicing, estimates, payment processing, automation (SMS/WhatsApp), 3D room scanning, and an AI assistant ("Deal").

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We implement strict security measures, but you must also enable features like Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees and 3D Scanner credit packs are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: AI and 3D Scanner

3D Scanner Estimates: The 3D room scanning feature provides approximate square footage and draft estimates for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a certified measurement and should not replace professional on-site assessment by a licensed contractor. Real Deal Invoices is not liable for material miscalculations, ordering errors, or financial losses resulting from reliance on scanner data.

AI Assistant ("Deal"): The AI assistant is a tool to aid in platform navigation and general business inquiries. Its responses are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies. Real Deal Invoices does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for verifying all business decisions, pricing, and legal compliance independently.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Deal Invoices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
