Distributor Agreement

1. The program

Real Deal Family Holdings LLC ("Company") grants the undersigned ("Distributor") a non-exclusive, independent seat in the Founding Distributor Program (max 25 seats, pre-launch).

2. Commission — the core promise

The Distributor earns 20% of the monthly subscription value of every client they activate, every month, for as long as the client's subscription stays active and paid. Commissions are NEVER removed retroactively and survive even if this agreement ends — they only stop when the end client cancels or fails payment. A +5% quarterly bonus applies when the Distributor exceeds 10 active clients.

3. Distributor commitments

Activate at least 1 account within the first 30 days (a free Starter counts).
From month 4: minimum 2 new paid subscriptions per quarter OR maintain 5+ active clients.
Honest marketing: no spam, no false income claims, no impersonation of the Company.

4. If minimums are not met

Written notice + 30-day support plan. If still unmet: the Distributor's own plan downgrades (Enterprise → Pro) and new activations pause. 90 days of total inactivity = key suspension. Earned commissions on active clients are kept in ALL cases.

5. Benefits & tools

Free Starter accounts for clients, personal activation keys, training + marketing kit, monthly leaderboard, ENTERPRISE access while active.

6. Independent relationship

No employment, no exclusivity, no fixed schedule. The Distributor is an independent promoter responsible for their own taxes on commissions.

7. Brand

Use only provided materials; do not alter logos, prices or plan names.

8. Acceptance

Ticking the acceptance box at application constitutes electronic signature of this agreement.

Acuerdo de Distribuidor (ES)

1. El programa

Real Deal Family Holdings LLC ("la Compañía") otorga al suscribiente ("Distribuidor") un cupo no exclusivo e independiente del Programa de Distribuidores Fundadores (máx. 25 cupos, pre-lanzamiento).

2. Comisión — la promesa central

El Distribuidor gana 20% del valor mensual de la subscripción de cada cliente que active, cada mes, mientras la subscripción del cliente siga activa y pagada. Las comisiones NUNCA se retiran retroactivamente y sobreviven incluso si este acuerdo termina — solo cesan cuando el cliente final cancela o deja de pagar. Bono trimestral de +5% al superar 10 clientes activos.

3. Compromisos del Distribuidor

Activar al menos 1 cuenta en los primeros 30 días (una Starter gratis cuenta).
Desde el mes 4: mínimo 2 subscripciones pagadas nuevas por trimestre O mantener 5+ clientes activos.
Mercadeo honesto: sin spam, sin promesas de ingresos falsas, sin hacerse pasar por la Compañía.

4. Si no se cumplen los mínimos

Aviso por escrito + plan de apoyo de 30 días. De no cumplirse: el plan del Distribuidor baja (Enterprise → Pro) y se pausan nuevas activaciones. 90 días de inactividad total = suspensión de la llave. Las comisiones ganadas sobre clientes activos se conservan en TODOS los casos.

5. Beneficios y herramientas

Cuentas Starter gratis para clientes, llaves de activación propias, entrenamiento + kit de mercadeo, leaderboard mensual, acceso ENTERPRISE mientras esté activo.

6. Relación independiente

Sin relación laboral, sin exclusividad, sin horario. El Distribuidor es un promotor independiente responsable de sus propios impuestos sobre comisiones.

7. Marca

Usar solo materiales provistos; no alterar logos, precios ni nombres de planes.

8. Aceptación

Marcar la casilla de aceptación en la solicitud constituye firma electrónica de este acuerdo.
